TRBL is located in the gated community of Harás Santa María, in the town of Loma Verde in the Escobar district, province of Buenos Aires. This neighborhood consists of mainly of single-family houses with lots of approximately 1000m2.
Configuration.
The house is organized around a circulatory axis that, crossed by programmatic bands, link the different spaces, generating gradients of privacy, according to the appropriation of the user and his domestic practices; in this way, it allowed us to investigate as a central theme the rules and abstract prescriptions that order and made the project possible.
The materiality was defined from the use of a single material: slabs and partitions of exposed concrete with phenolic formwork.
Layout.
TRBL is intended for a family, with several members, who transit and occupy the house permanently or temporarily, generating a broad and diverse program, which includes large areas of social, flexible and integrated domestic use, as well as production.
