Situated in the iconic Colonia Americana, the project is inscribed upon a pre-existing early 20th-century structure. Within it, a prior intervention had already elevated the spatial quality and habitability of the property, endowing it with its own deeply coherent language.

As a natural continuation of this architectural narrative, our proposal materializes as a structure-habitat that expands the possibilities of dwelling within the garden terrace.

Far from seeking the spotlight, the new piece embraces the line of coherence that defined the first phase. The project preserves the morphological language and the logic of the pre-existing constructive elements, weaving a quiet respect that complements the atmosphere of the dwelling without altering its memory.
