This 220 m² private residence represents a contemporary approach to residential design, where openness and clarity of planning are central principles. Every decision — from layout to material selection — was guided by the idea of creating a fluid living environment that is both functional and emotionally engaging.

The focal point of the house is a sculptural red staircase rising through three levels, becoming not only a circulation element but also a defining architectural feature. Minimalist white interiors act as a serene canvas, while carefully chosen details add character and individuality.

Among these, ceramic tiles featuring Michelangelo’s David in the bathroom stand out as a bold artistic gesture, introducing a touch of provocation. In contrast, the kitchen is designed in soft olive green with natural oak finishes, bringing warmth and balance to the composition.

This project is a refined dialogue between minimalism and épatage — calm in essence, yet striking in detail — offering a living space that is both timeless and expressive.
