GA Design as Architects

Regency Anantam is a residential complex consisting of 21 buildings for 2BHK and 1BHK apartments in 23-story buildings. The project is divided into three phases, with the first phase comprising seven buildings. The layout has been planned with a peripheral ring road to restrict the vehicular movement to that area, with access to parking podiums. This leaves the central garden areas vehicular free. The project has three large gardens designed to suit different functional needs.

The layout ensures adequate open space between each building to facilitate air movement in the complex and make the internal spaces appear aesthetically light and pleasing. The buildings face outward to an open landscape of Dombivali area with a sizable margin of a minimum of 16 mtrs from the plot boundary. Each of the apartments have a balcony abutting the bedrooms as well the living rooms. Kitchens have been provided also with a dry balcony.

Regency Anantam has been designed as an environmentally friendly project. Sewage treatment plants for solid waste management, rainwater harvesting for recycling water for maintaining the landscaped gardens, and solar panels to provide cheaper electrical consumption solutions. Landscape and greenery form an integral part of creating a positive environment for the residents.

The complex has been designed to cater to every possible requirement of the residents. Convenience shopping at the entrance of the complex for the basic immediate needs, a large children’s play area centrally located along with separate smaller children playing area zones in each garden and a club which spans the entire width of the central garden.

'Club Infinity', as it is called, is designed to merge with the landscape. Spread over three levels that are accessed through external staircases, the piece de resistance of the club is the landscaped terrace. Covered and open seating areas and a large walking track make the terrace of the club an interesting activity space. The club has areas catering to leisure, social and fitness and sports needs of the residents, including a swimming area. Interestingly, the cardio section is designed as a circular structure on a single column suspended over the 50-metre-long swimming pool that also has a separate kids and fun pools as part of the pool area.
