The Residence Bosque da Ribeira it’s situated in the city of Nova Lima, neighbor of Belo Horizonte, with built área of 650m². The land where the residence is located it’a a slope, with 1000m², 20 meters of front. The playground, pool and balcony, are facing the landscape, as well the social área, covered. To protect from the north Sunshine, coinciding with the view, a balcony of two levels of covarage was created, to light the living room without direct sunlight, besides the zenital lighting protect by pérgola of wood in the internal Garden, contiguous to the room. On the ground floor, which is 5 meters from the street level, are the social and services rooms. The intimate part – bedroom and intimate living – is on the second floor. All the bedrooms are facing the northeast sun, for this were staggered the rooms. In the basement, which is actually the street level, there is a sauna and a rest room. They are semi buried in the front slope and protected by a wooden breeze, for privacy.
