Residence MG is a minimal home located in Erpe-Mere, Belgium, designed by Pieter Vanrenterghem. The home is centered around a monochromatic color palette, using natural materials that express different textures and hues along a mostly greyscale saturation. The kitchen utilizes grey travertine complemented by concrete walls and counters. While the floors are polished concrete, it took attentive consideration to make the various materials match, especially when interacting with light and shadow.
