The project draws inspiration from the landscape of Tinos, a magma of unruly morphology of the natural terrain which has been tamed over the centuries by the human hand with the “xerolithia” technique. In this way, dry stones are formed as grooves in the ground with a gradual de-escalation that create a base for the residence. As these linear structures extend over the land, the slab of the house develops, parallel to the topography lines. Stone for the base, white plaster for the oblong volume of the residence and bright blue for the water as a uniting element of the other two. Beneath this slab, unfold not only living spaces but also covered outdoor ones. The first residence is delimited by the outline of its pool and by the extensions of its outdoor configumountain that protects it from the north.

Continuinrations. A sloped wall, the only element of unusable concrete forms the entrance, which is made from the rear of the building. Inside, its hard shell "breaks" and remains "transparent", allowing the interior space to merge with the exterior. From the entrance you successively meet the kitchen, the dining room and the living room. A dominant position in the composition of the residence is occupied by an atrium that intervenes in the common areas, offering natural lighting and transparency. The boundaries of the indoor and the outdoor flow freely within the space.

The atrium is bordered by α rocky g down the corridor, you find the entrances to the rooms. Following the architectural synthetic concept of the line, single lighting strips intensify the linear movement. Small atriums in the sanitary areas let the light enter dramatically. The volumes of the rooms slide and are organized in such a way as to frame the view and offer privacy. For example, in residence II, the square volume of the bathroom is placed in the corner frame of the room in order to hide the building next to it. In the extension of the rooms, in the outdoor layout, gardens with aromatic Greek plants have been created and are part of the overall experience of the house. It is a house-sanctuary, a compact structure in which the boundaries of closed and open are selectively "blurred".
