Flair Studio was commissioned to convert three separate marble workshops within the pedestrian City-centre of Pietrasanta. the planning outcome achieved to create a mixed use estate composed of two residential units and an art gallery. The existing buildings had to go through major works to obtain the requirements for the residential use and was realised in stages.

The project is fully sustainable and foresees new energy-efficient technologies. The courtyard has been cleaned up from marble basins but the large fig tree has been saved and became the hero feature of the yard.
