Solomillo is a new gastronomic proposal of Alexandra hotel in the heart of the city.
A gastronomic discovery in two levels. Downstairs, the Charcutería, with a terrace in Mallorca Street, where you can taste select cheese plates, cold cuts and market products. And in the first floor, the Restaurant, a new interpretation of the traditional brasserie, with a simple and original formula: meat by weight.
A balance between classic and contemporary interior style
Solomillo and the Charcutería are the result of a complete renovation of the two different spaces, in the ground floor and in the first floor. The interior design was conceived by the Barcelona based studio Borrell Jover Arquitectura, who has used materials from Spanish firms associated to RED (Reunión Empresas de Diseño).
Solomillo is the new gastronomy place in the Alexandra Barcelona Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton. The studio Borrell Jover Arquitectura are the ones in charge of the interior design of this new restaurant, which is located on the first floor of this very central hotel, but which also houses a spectacular charcuterie bar at street level. Solomillo will be the awakening of one's most primitive gastronomical desires with meat being the protagonist. Whilst indulging in the senses, the space will be decorated with the best spanish design going back to the classic spanish roots..
