This micro apartment building was built on a foot print of 12m x 12m in a small alley way in the center of Phnom Penh city. Surrounded by primary school, private high school, Institute and public hospital, housing units will be top require for people who work and students who come from province to study in the city. 
The design aimed to fit many rooms as possible while still maintain comfortable and affordable for the user. 
Simplicities of the building shape and style with big glass opening to invite natural light as much as possible, modern minimalist design that enable open space, smart storage solution to maximize the space.
