Name: Tomorrow OCEAN Slogan: Productive Architecture is the Future - Concept: from a floating wind turbine to floating tower, but still produce the energy. While capture the sea wave in to plaza space. - Architecture: A mixed-use tower surrounded by public space, retail store, restaurant, café, arts gallery. The tower will stand on floating foundation that will be the undersea plaza, research and learning center. - Power: sun power, wind power and sea wave power.
