Multi-family housing development of 8 apartments with 5 different typologies. Every space was designed to take advantage of natural lighting and ventilation to increase the joy and comfort in the interiors. Some “eco-tecnologies” were implemented like rainwater storage, recycling and cascading of these. On the fifth facade is located an extensive green roofing system (www.techosvivos.com) with local plants of low maintenance, native to the site. A catalogued house adjacent to our plot gave the project the compositional parameters for designing the facade, the selection of materials and their proportions, making a great composition between all of it´s elements.
