With a facade that extends across the entire width of the land, Casa RL was organized according to an intrinsic game of overlapping volumes that, through the emphasis on the structural planes, sought to make the resulting composition lighter.
The strategy adopted was the inversion of the traditional flow of mid-block sites, bringing leisure to the front, allowing direct access to leisure, emphasizing the social interaction of the family, elevating it to a prominent and integrative element of the other sectors.
The original topography of the land allowed the body of the building to be located at the highest level of the land, allowing the ground floor to be practically one floor above street level, and the pool to have an infinity edge. On the upper floor are the intimate areas of the house.
