House with 3767 ft² on a flat trapezoidal ground (39,37 ft facing a green square, 22,31ft on the back and approximately 123 ft on both lateral limits), deployed along the two sides. The front façade is oriented to the north overlooking a square with trees.
Downstairs there’s a garage and access, living rooms, veranda and service spaces; upstairs, three bedrooms (with balconies overlooking the square), restrooms, office and a second living room with fireplace, plus access to the roof-garden with studio and terrace.
We tried to provide it with a maximum continuity of space, removing barriers wherever possible and a large cylindrical central void along one of the lateral limits (diameter 26,25 ft) contributes on two floors for good insulation and ventilation environments. In their inner courtyard there’s a semicircular carp pond and a vertical garden. Special attention was given to natural and artificial lighting and integration with the outside world, with the trees of the square becoming part of the bedrooms landscape as the carp pond and the backyard garden parts of the living room. The back room acts as a veranda to the pool, located at the edge of the lot.
The structure is made of reinforced concrete; doors and windows with a white painted aluminum frame.
