The two spacious residential units, including bathroom and kitchen facilities, were designed as rental apartments. The roof space on the top floor extends over the entire width of the house.

The oversized, largely frameless roof windows and the roof terraces open up unexpected perspectives in the dense inner-city environment of Maxvorstadt, with a view over the roofs of Munich, right up to the Alps.
