Creating a unique new stream of workspaces that will continue the ROOMS brand while embracing the culture and identity of Hassan - Arafe, Tel Aviv. 
Reflecting the transformation of the area throughout the years; emptying, demolishing, unifying, and replanning. 

The inspiration for the design stems from the tactical play of chess. 
The design will attempt to employ a grid base, shapes, color, texture and artistic detailing and in doing so transforming each room into a game. 

The concept will reflect throughout the space by using bold textures, patterns, furnishing and artworks to evoke a particular experience. A place that creates a strong bond between movement, people and businesses.
