One of the apartment's attractions is the wooden block that integrates the kitchen, the bathroom and an open closet. This element brings harmony and functionality to the space. At the front of the block, there is a partition made of wooden slats that allows for privacy and lighting in the room. This makes the environment more cozy and comfortable.
The apartment receives natural light from the main facade of the building, where there is a window and a door with a gap. These openings illuminate and ventilate the space, as well as providing a pleasant view of the street.
