The building was designed to create a strong connection between the architecture and the green landscape of Ramat Menashe, bringing the surrounding greenery into the building itself. The shifting of the floors creates broad, sheltered balconies oriented toward the landscape, while a bright and naturally ventilated courtyard at the heart of the building provides quality frontages for the offices.
A shaded entrance plaza creates a seamless connection between the interior and exterior, while a two-storey steel structure allows part of the building to span over the covered parking area.
