Silverpine Residence

Studio P Interiors as Interior Architects

Embarking on a main floor remodel in Thornhill, our clients were looking to rejuvenate their detached home's interior. Entrusted from the project's inception, we meticulously crafted a new layout to optimize the main floor's functionality and flow. Every detail was considered as we transformed the space, stripping it down to the studs and strategically removing walls between the living room and kitchen to create a more expansive kitchen area.

Embracing a warm, earthy color palette with hints of mauve and soft blues, we designed a kitchen that exuded both elegance and functionality. Featuring double wall ovens, an induction cooktop, integrated column fridge and freezer units, an under-counter wine fridge, and a microwave drawer, the kitchen was tailored to meet the clients' every need. Custom cabinetry with a mix of painted narrow shaker and earthy-toned flat slab finishes, accented with subtle wooden details, added depth and character to the space.

Stone countertops with striking blue veining extended seamlessly into the backsplash, complemented by a custom angled hood fan and a curved stone accent on the island. This island, adorned with a multiple-ring light chandelier above, became the focal point of the kitchen, adding a touch of softness and sophistication.
Throughout the kitchen and living spaces, custom navy faucets, light airy blue drapery, and marble accents on the fireplace created a cohesive and inviting atmosphere. A cozy coffee nook was nestled between the kitchen and dining room, featuring matchstick tile and bronze glass cabinet doors with brass frames for added charm.

In the dining room, bronze glass cabinets continued the theme, paired with a caramel stone backsplash and bronze floating shelves, elevating the space with a sense of luxury and refinement.

The powder room, enhanced with mauve tones and featuring an integrated stone sink with captivating purple veining, a bespoke wine-toned faucet, textured tile accents, and elegant curved sconces, evokes a luxurious hotel ambiance.
