A spa and rooftop pool were designated to sit atop a 20 storey apartment building in San Pedro Sula, Honduras.

The developers had in mind a small jacuzzi like pool, surrounded by terraces.

We proposed to augment the perception of water, by substituting the terraces with shallow infinite pools all around the small pool. Wooden floating decks and beds were created on top of the shallow pools, further enhancing the sky lounge theme.

All textures were done in horizontal fashion to further emphasize the horizontality and peace of the city views.
