The design for Skyline Legend showcases the best in the luxury segment condominiums in South India. The promoter wanted to showcase an impeccable design delivery, underscoring the adage, ‘Good Design is Good Business’

The condominium is expansive 3800 Sq ft. show-unit, with 4 bedrooms and an expansive living-dining space. The layout has been overhauled to enhance the floor efficiency and better functional flow. The condominium has a stunning panoramic Living –Dining, and the design celebrates it by enhancing the spatiality, as one enters the apartment.

The focus of the design was to avoid any design idiosyncrasies, as the project has to appeal to a wider audience. The space was designed as a shell with curated furniture pieces populating the shell.

A lot of market studies reveal that the final buying decision is heavily influenced by functional and design superiority that kitchen plays. The Legend has a custom designed, highly innovative kitchen, which straddles between a conventional L shaped counter and an Island.
