A small house on an area of 35m2 is a tough but interesting challenge for architects. The house is located in the corner of a blind alley, surrounded by a lot of houses. Finally the solution was adding voids in existing space. A quarter of the volume of that small house was boldly decided to use for voids, gaps as well as the empties.
