Designing an interior for rent is about finding a delicate balance between functionality, aesthetics, and versatility. The interior should be like a well-set stage — a ready-to-live backdrop where each new resident can write their own story. The key objective of this project was to create a striking interior that enhances the investment appeal of the property and elevates it to a new level — both aesthetically and in terms of price segment.
As a result of the redevelopment, the apartment has gained a thoughtful and efficient layout. It now comprises a spacious kitchen-living area, a private master bedroom, a second bedroom, a bathroom, a laundry room, and an entrance hall.
The foundation is a monochrome palette in warm shades of grey — the client’s favorite color. This range proved to be an ideal backdrop: elegant, not tiring to the eyes, and creating a sense of security. To add tactile warmth to the interior, we used wooden accents. They softly enliven the space, making it not just stylish, but truly hospitable.
All architectural volumes and lines were emphasized using shadow gaps and linear lighting.
Design and repair work was carried out by the ARCHJOINT team.
