OeverZaaijer was selected by Stichting Woon Compas to redevelop the "Sonneheerdt" location in Rhoon, situated in and behind a monumental part of the ribbon development opposite Rhoon Castle. It offers housing accommodation to 73 residents, mainly people with psycho-geriatric complaints. The design has been carefully tuned to the needs of the various occupants and preserves the historical character of the location.
