Can a strict male office be cozy?
The interior of the office for the director of the Ukrainian company combined the opposites - the coldness and harshness of steel and the warmth of wood veneer, precise metal shapes and the lively cut of natural marble.

This small office consists of two rooms connected by a glass partition. The first room housed the waiting area and the secretary's workplace. The conference area and the director's workplace were placed in the second room.
Entering the office, guests are immediately greeted by a cozy waiting area surrounded by metal and wooden panels on the walls, soft armchairs from Zanotta and a round carpet of Ukrainian design from Zali Furniture provide comfort. A warm metal lighting and a Foscarini floor lamp with a dimmer, the light of which is specially reflected from the metal waves on the walls, add to the chamber atmosphere.
At the reception, the designers combined raw black metal and natural marble with an uneven edge, which emphasizes its living origin in contrast to the clear forms of the reception structure itself.
The entire storage area was located in the closets near the secretary, and a small kitchen with a refrigerator and a coffee machine was also hidden there.
There are two zones in the director's office, each special in its own way. For negotiations, the designers designed a large marble table on steel supports, which at the base have the shape of a rounded square.
Special attention should be paid to the handmade director's wooden table with rounded ends and legs, the design of which was developed specifically for this project.
Shelves made of marble and steel support the overall concept and will serve as an exhibition for samples of the company's production.
"In this project, we had to work closely with three contractors at once - masters of working with metal, stone and furniture, because we developed almost all the furniture and constructions specifically for this project and combined complex nodes in each item," says designer Anastasiia Lukashova.
