The plot's irregular geometry demands a building of large scale, volumetric diversity and functional complexity in order to articulate different urban realities: a farmstead enclosed by walls, a highway and roundabout, a plot's gable. However, the program is as simple as a selling platform. Therefore, the proposal is to fragment the program into a formal and functional articulation adjustable to the requests: a pavillion for the shopping area; a volume for the warehouse; a volume for accesses. Entrance is located within an urban representative platform. It is in relationship with this space that the main building is articulated, anchored by the warehouse and the access to the parking. Inside there is an openspace with two service boxes. Under this building there is the parking area.
As far as formal characteristics are concerned, construction system also defines the spatial quality of different functions: concrete supporter to metal and glass structure for the shopping; metal structure covered with corrugated iron for the warehouse; concrete for ramps and elevators. Predictable juxtaposition of stands and spare publicity imposed spaces of great architectonic identity. This is then materialized in the elementary construction which, in turn, is reflected on the assemblage system of materials and details.
