This complex recovers the volume of a pre-existing industrial complex, trasforming it into residences. The project, due to its location, strongly compromised by speculative real estate, is defined by the maximum innovation and energy savings. 

The steel envelope is split at the centre, revealing the powerful expressive figure of the balconies: the result is a building-sculpture destined to become an important landmark for the surrounding urban territory.
