We wanted to revisit the Roman tradition of the early 1900s in a contemporary key, seeking the urban quality, the compositional articulation and the typological coherence of the expansion interventions of those years, Città Giardino, Garbatella, Piazza Tuscolo.

A small neighborhood (about 700 accommodations) that clearly determined its unitary character in the diversification of the components in which it is divided.

The individual blocks are modeled with volumes of different heights and the facade systems identify portions of buildings that are thus generated by an addition process as in the historic city.

The recognition of a unitary process is entrusted to the individual architectural components that return to the different articulations of the facade layouts.

The result is a place designed for those who will live in it, interpenetrating individuality and a sense of belonging.
