Sweet T

DBA Architects as Architects

Sweet T is a single-family beach house with a lock-off carriage house along the scenic 30A highway in Grayton Beach, Florida. Boasting a unique exterior and an equally marvelous interior, Sweet T is a classic Southern Coastal design with a hint of a Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard-like influence.

The home embodies unlimited creativity and unrestrained potential. It has five bedrooms, two baths, and a separate carriage house. The four-story beach house is also equipped with a pneumatic tube elevator, establishing efficiency and an air of luxury as it connects all four levels.

Built and designed for and by those who inhabit it, the home is a luxury architectural gem reflecting the personalities, dreams, and ambition of architect Bryan Moore and his wife Teri Moore, whom the dwelling is affectionately named after.

For them, Sweet T is not just another opulent beach home—it is a life-long dream, built in the shadow of Teri’s fight with cancer (which she triumphantly won), but filled with love, resilience, and the unique vision of Teri and Bryan’s innovative and creative minds.
