Ta-kumi represents Japanese gastronomic excellence in a concept where product and technique are undeniable parts of its identity. With spaces in Malaga and Marbella, now adds a new restaurant in Madrid, and Paco Lago Interioriza assumes
the challenge of bringing the essence of this culinary reference to the capital.

The sober and minimalist concept that represents Ta-kumi Marbella serves as a
starting point to create the new concept of Madrid, always linked to a name that has an important weight in the field of restoration.

The three-story space full of light, we transformed it into an intimate atmosphere, surrounded by dark woods, cement and fabrics, accompanied by very warm lights. With a journey that evokes the most traditional Japan with a very modern and
updated aesthetic.

We were inspired by the patterns of Japanese fabrics and we applied it in a
conceptual way, giving the space a sense of movement.

With traditional elements that become new applications and furniture that evolves into more daring models, we build a prelude to a unique and playful culinary experience for the senses, where the space plays with the concept that Ta-kumi shows to its credit.
