high rise residential building highlighted by greenery

Horizontal structure

The horizontally structured high-rise building offers darkly designed caesar floors with generous ceiling heights that shape the building and are characterized by a surrounding balcony zone. The other floors have balconies with different shapes dividing the large volume of the building.

The access zones on each floor are enhanced by views to the outside, creating a positive spatial experience and views to the colorful community rooms.
