The proposal aims to undo the harms done in the past and outline a sustainable development plan to restore the harmony between the built environment and the nature.

Taking advantage of the rich historical and natural background of the place, we propose a great diversity of land use. Around each of the Nature Heritage we propose an eco loop with associated workshop buildings attached along for educational and research uses. Around each of the Built Heritage we propose a market place to regenerate the area and at the same time raise funds for the conservation of the heritage.

Traditional vertical seawall is avoided. Promenade is a shaped landscape blended into the seawall. Instead, Eco Seawall with structural habitat is proposed.
