As the building is situated on the same plot as TAREKS' other production facilities, a welcoming facade design has been created that, while maintaining a similar shell appearance, references nature and natural elements in contrast to the other structures.
The interior architecture, which accommodates various functions such as offices, archives, study rooms, meeting rooms, kitchen, dining room, and laboratory, is designed in a modern style that emphasizes minimalism and is reinforced by linear and geometric forms. The TAREKS Administrative Building project, which began its design and construction phases in Altinova, Ayvalık in 2023, was completed in 2024.
