The project brief was to create a home retreat for clients in the hospitality business, balancing relaxation and entertainment. The design maximises bay views, natural light, and solar gains while fostering indoor-outdoor living.

Strong geometric forms, including offset gables and a flat roof, define the aesthetic. The central dining zone anchors the layout, connecting living and bedroom spaces. The master suite offers sea views with privacy from the street. Outdoor spaces include covered areas, a daybed, and courtyards, with lattice timber screens providing privacy.
