The entrances to the villas are generously sized and facilitate chance encounters and conversations with neighbors. Residents can have as much contact as they wish. Bicycle parking is conveniently located directly behind the translucent base wall along the street. The floors of the interior stairwells are illuminated by natural light via open spaces and lead to three to five entrances to the apartments, depending on the size of the building. The apartments feature spacious eat-in kitchens that extend onto loggias through floor-to-ceiling windows.
