The house is located in one of Tel Aviv’s most exclusive villa neighborhoods, offering a pastoral atmosphere while being just moments away from the city’s vibrant heart.
Built in 2023, the property was purchased with only a basic structure, but the entire interior was custom-designed and completed privately for a family of four. The design style is modern eclectic, blending curated furniture and art pieces collected over the years from various parts of the world.

“The homeowner is a longtime childhood friend, which made this project especially meaningful and personal,” says interior designer Pazit Winer. “My design approach leans toward a contemporary, minimalist aesthetic, defined by clean lines, thoughtful organization, and a sense of balance. The owner on the other hand, gravitates toward a richer, more expressive style —bold colors, layered textures, and diverse material combinations. The collaboration between us created a unique design dialogue, blending her vibrant creativity with my structured vision. The result is a home that strikes a perfect balance between richness and refinement — a curated mix of colors, textures, and materials, unified within a harmonious, sophisticated aesthetic.”

The property sits on a 500-square-meter lot, with 200 square meters of built space across two levels.
On the ground floor, a seamless, light-filled living space was designed for hosting, featuring a custom-designed kitchen with a jewel-like central island, an elegant dining area, a spacious living room, a cozy family lounge, a pantry, and a guest bathroom. Large glass openings create a natural flow to the lush garden, where rich greenery, inviting seating areas, and a turquoise-hued swimming pool complete the resort-like atmosphere.
The upper floor is dedicated to the primary bedroom suite with a spacious walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, along with two master-style bedrooms for the two teenagers. In total, the house includes six rooms.

Restrained yet expressed through a variety of textures, the home’s color and material palette feature natural travertine marble, rich dark-toned wood, stainless steel, espresso-hued aluminum, champagne-tinted glass, and soft stone-colored walls.
The entire ground floor, garden, and bathrooms are clad in warm gray and brown-toned travertine stone, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Dark-stained wood is used for the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, while parquet flooring adds warmth and intimacy to the upper level. The primary bedroom features a bespoke wardrobe with champagne-tinted glass doors.

The kitchen design combines a dramatic dark wood cabinetry wall with a central stainless-steel island that acts like a sculptural centerpiece — blending elegantly with the home’s rich materiality. Furnishings in soft stone hues harmonize with the wall colors and natural stone surfaces, ensuring a balanced and cohesive atmosphere throughout the house.

Drawing inspiration from Milan’s latest design trends, the interiors are infused with the refined atmosphere of a luxury boutique resort—evoking the sense of a private retreat and an endless vacation through lush gardens, a turquoise pool visible from every angle, and rich, wooden textures.
