An old tires Factory built in the early 20th century was adapted for the corporate offices of the biggest self-phone company in the country. For that the architectonic project started from the “cleaning” of non-structural elements that responded to the old factory usage, leaving only the original bearing structure and the roofing. After that it proceeded to “wrap” with a transparent crystal skin with views into a perimeter garden. The internal spaces are free and flexible, with exception or some private office modules in two levels around some of the interior gardens, giving with that some identity to each of the manager offices in the company, everything with exposed materials without any coating or finish.
