Conceived as a contemporary residence, this 1400 sq. Ft. 3-BHK apartment is designed around the idea of interconnected living, where spaces seamlessly engage with one another to create a home that feels visually expansive, emotionally warm, and deeply inviting. Within a compact footprint, the design explores how thoughtful spatial planning and material articulation can foster openness, fluidity, and togetherness.

At the core of the design lies the idea of spatial interweaving, achieved through a carefully curated balance of openness and subtle enclosure. A defining architectural feature of the residence is the wooden screen partition, which acts as both a visual connector and a spatial filter. Rather than creating rigid separations, the screen gently delineates functions while preserving sightlines, allowing natural continuity between spaces. This layered threshold establishes a dialogue between privacy and openness, contributing to a sense of spaciousness throughout the home.

The living area serves as the social heart of the residence, envisioned as a warm and engaging setting for gathering and interaction. A generous seating arrangement, complemented by curated furnishings and a swing, fosters comfort and togetherness.
