The Lowline aims to convert an unused trolley terminal beneath Delancey Street into an extraordinary subterranean public park. Inspired by the amazing impact of the High Line, local businesses, residents, community leaders, and political stakeholders alike have voiced considerable enthusiasm for the idea.
