The MUSE space
The Muse Space is the story of this small project. A space where Art and Life are blended together every moment, every lovely little corner. The owner of this space - a sociology professor - Artist - Poet, she lives and works all over the world and is a typical global citizen, however, her love for Hanoi still remains, she loves the ancient doors of Hanoi, which open up so many spaces and so many people's destinies.

From the doors she collected, after the exhibition "Behind the Doors I" in Hanoi, we started the Muse space, where the Doors are not just displayed for a short time, but each door will become a space and furniture, to relive everyday life as it once was.

We renovated a small attic space behind the main building to make this Space. Respect the existing elements of the space such as different heights in the house, grapefruit tree in the yard, atrium for the first floor... to add the most suitable and harmony to the new space. The doors are arranged to become the main partitions of the lobby, the bedside wall, a shelf system, a wardrobe or even a working table.

The layout of space and furniture in the room is a continuation of the exhibition "Behind the Doors I" - with partitions and furniture arranged diagonally with the house space, continuing up to the diagonal folding ceiling system. remind of the ancient roofs of old Hanoi.

The main highlight of the space is the large-scale painting Doors by artist Hoang Huu Van.
Although the Muse space is small, it is always an inspiration for the homeowner and her friends every time they return to Hanoi.
