The Spare Room is a 90sqm installation bar space of sound and light mixing up music and cocktails.

We're looking at being open by November of this year and The Spare Room is located within the refurbished 19th century heritage listed dock and wool store on the Yarra waterfront.

loopcreative was originally approached by the developer to prepare the retail strategy and masterplan for the 5000sqm South Wharf, which was subsequently divided into a series of complementary restaurants & bars.
