The project is about a renovation of 4 old industrial buildings in the row, that functioned as leather processing units.The main goal of the architectural study was to preserve their history and respect the character of the area.The conversion was the biggest challenge of the project.After several changes in the designs,it was clear that a simple aesthetic had to be followed and defined the basic colour palette.The materials were inspired by the surrounds such as stone, wood and metal.Natural materials give minimal luxury while respecting the industrial architectural and style of the buildings.
