A renovation of an existing deck that has been transformed into a glass enclosed flexible indoor/ outdoor space with a view of the surrounding beaches below.
What was the brief?
With a view to die for and a shaded East deck to view it from, the clients asked how they could turn the space into a year round useable area whilst maintaining the view.

Enclosed space to protect from the wind but allow maximum sun penetration
Vergola automated roof system to allow ventilation, light and sunlight on demand.
The design enables the owners to have a flexible outdoor space that enlarges the useable living areas while enjoying the views to the surrounding beaches and the national park year round.
