The plot of land where the THREE-SIDE apartment is built. It is an urban license plate with a special location with three faces due to its location at the corner of a busy intersection. Also, the relevant regulations allow it to have ridges on the floors from three directions.

The first challenge was that the three sides of the project created a large surface area that required volume, playing with light and shadow and fractures so that it would not be boring and solid, but since we did not want these volumes to be just a label and don't burden to impose an addition on the building, we preferred to create volume and fractures with the help of changing the geometry in the ridges do not have an additional load, as a result, the safety of the building facade will be improved.

Next, to improve the beauty of the facade, the quality, and variety of light in the interior, in the reception area, we got the idea of the kind of Iranian porcelain brick technique, which allows the light to pass through the brick openings and reach the interior of the building.
