The Tiffin residence, located in the east of Montreal, had been inhabited by a young family for several years. They wished to redesign the ground floor, which was poorly optimized and partitioned. Our task was to review the space by opening up the rooms, creating architectural furniture, and maximizing natural light.

Upon entering, we see an imposing central volume housing the amenities, staircases, all covered in maple plywood. The ground floor of the Tiffin residence now offers bright, open, comfortable spaces that reflect the personalities o

f the owners.
