Located high on a hillside, surrounded by Menorcan pines and wild olive trees, this temporary house is the first phase of a larger project.
Given the need for speed in order to enjoy the landscape as soon as possible, and to minimize its impact on the site, a fully industrialized modular solution was chosen; the modules arrived completely finished.

The beauty of the place encouraged a configuration outside the conventional, with exterior routes and access walkways that enhance the house’s relationship with its surroundings and made it possible to avoid any on-site joining work.
In an intelligent way, the uses are separated according to their degree of privacy, while taking advantage of the best orientations for each space.
To achieve this, the 3 × 9.8 m modules are arranged in a T shape, so that the common areas—living room, dining room, and kitchen—take advantage of the sea views and the southern orientation, while the bedrooms face east, taking advantage of the pleasant light of sunrise.
