This tini® module has become the first house in a large estate located in Cuenca. The young owners already wanted to fully enjoy it, without having to wait for years for the future construction of a large traditional house that they also plan.
After looking for an alternative in the market for industrialized houses, they choose the tini® formula for construction in 60 days, due to our special capacity in the thermal insulation of the house, knowing that this area alternates with periods of extreme cold and heat.
They didn’t want to give up the design and quality of the materials, opting for a galvanized steel facade and an interior with walls and ceilings in OSB wood, oak floors, pine furniture, an interior fireplace for autumn-winter, and an additional exterior terrace form for spring-summer.
They had our advice for the exact location and orientation of the house, and we recommend an elevated area, with the largest glass facing northwest, deep views of an oak grove, and little visual connection with the other house they plan to build in a few years.
Until that happens, this will be a 100% self-sufficient home in terms of electricity, water and drainage connections. And, when both of them coexist, the Tini will become an excellent complement, for example as an independent guest house.
