Tonkotsu - japanese Ramen restaurant - contacted Maja Myall from Blenheim Design and asked her to create interior that will serve traditional Japanese Ramen dishes with a separate bar serving Japanese Beer and Sake. The brief was to create a simple look by mixing reclaimed materials with vintage mid-century and custom designed furniture for a relaxed and unpretentious environment. The first restaurant to open with its new interior was in Soho.
