A four person family bought a 130 sqm apartment to be completely renovated. They need to have a living area that communicates with the balconies, an optimization of the space especially the entrance and the creation of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry. Three solutions have been proposed from the most conservative to the most exuberant. The customer choise has fallen on the last one that tries to minimize the space of entry disengagement by expanding the view to the living area.
