A villa of 1922 with vertical development with a total of 324 square meters, approximately 81 commercial square meters per floor. The current status is stationary at its construction year, but despite of the years is still well preserved. Floors are connected by a huge staircase that occupies a substantial area of disengagement. The renovation will be total, both internal and external. Two solutions have been developed trying to give the right space to the staircase connecting the floors, alongside an elevator shaft. The attic already has the height to be recovered, in addition some new skylights will be created. The client's needs are three mainly: having the living area on the mezzanine floor, bedrooms on the first and attic floors and a tavern area on the basement.
